Astier My favorite is the best restaurant for cheese. The atmosphere of a bistro, a place of life. Located in the popular Paris. On a square where are big trees overlooking one of the famous fountain Wallace, Astier is at the heart of Parisian life. Best cheese shops in Paris

Androuet shop is in the Latin Quarter and closed to the Pantheon. This traditional cheese shop is in the intellectual left bank district. Metro Censier-Daubenton. 134, rue Mouffetard

Marie Anne Cantin One of the best fromager in Paris, location 12 rue du Champs de Mars. This store is near the Eiffel Tower. Metro Ecole Militaire. Opening hours Monday 14pm to 7:30pm Tuesday to Saturday 8:30am to 7:30pm and Sunday 8:30am to 1pm. Phone: 01 45 50 43 94. Goat cheese cellars. They offer tasting cheese sessions.

Alleosse one of the Top Ten cheese shops in Paris, have large cellars underground with almost 200 kinds of cheese: livarot, French mimolette, camembert au lait cru (unpasteurized milk), epoisses, morbier... Address 20 Rue Clairaut Paris 17. Metro Brochant. Opening hours: Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7pm ; Friday and Saturday from 9am to 1pm and from 3:30pm to 7pm ; Sunday from 9am to 1pm.

Crottin de Chavignoles

Cremerie Quatrehomme 62 Rue Sèvres Paris 7. Metro Duroc. Open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm. Excellent farm mades cheeses and see the nicest plateau de fromage (cheese board).

Le Jardin Fromager 53 Rue Oberkampf Paris 11. Metro Oberkampf. Opening hours: Open Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm. One of the best of Paris, remarkable fromagerie with delicious goat cheese (crottin de Chavignoles).

The Cheese you should try... My Favorite Paris cheeses!

- Reblochon from cow milk it is a delicious soft rond cheese. Product of this cheese is in the mountains of Savoy, especially the Haute-Savoie.

- Brie de Meaux called the king of the cheese is made in a large mould, reaching a diameter of 35cm. It comes from the Ile de France.

- Chavignoles from goat milk is a mild cheese from the Center of France.

- Pont l'Eveque an unctuous cheese from Normandy. The shape is a square due to the ceramic.

- Livarot from cow milk is soft and generous from Normandy.
