Creme Brulee Recipe

Looking for a easy Creme Brulee Recipe...Means burned cream. Must be prepared in advance for a better result one day before.
REGULAR CREME BRULEE Ingredients: - 8 egg yolks
- 25g sugar
- 1/2l milk
- 1/2l cream
- Brown sugar
Mix actively together the egg yolks and the sugar. Add the milk and the cream. Pour the mixture into small ramekins. Place them into a large pan full of water. The oven must be at 300°F for around 45mn. After place them in the fridge for 2 hours. Before serving sprinkle brown sugar on top of them. Use a blowtorch to burn the sugar. Or you can broiledthem in the oven.

LIGHT CREME BRULEE Ingredients: - 8 egg yolks
- 25g sugar
- 3/4l milk
- 1/4 cream
- Brown sugar
