French Chocolate Mousse Recipe
So easy to do!
I’m not a chef... but this Chocolate Mousse Recipe I have learned in France with my Mom. I think really it's the easiest Recipe!
Ingredients: - 180g mi-sweet dark chocolate - 80g butter - 3 eggs - 1 pinch of salt - 500ml whipping cream

Step 1: Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler with the butter Step 2: Separate the whites from the yolks Step 3: Whip the cream Step 4: Pinch the salt. Beat the eggs white very firm Step 5: Take off the heat the chocolate. Put the yolks in it (one after one) Step 6 : Put the chocolate in the cream whipped with egg whites. Mix gently.
That’s done! The Mousse should be kept for a minimum 4 hours in the fridge. Must be eaten in 3 days. Your guests will very happy...easy and delicious desert! My personal tips: I put my bowls (for whipping cream & eggs) before using in the fridge. It is a trick to have firm egg whites.
